What to do if you forget your password
If you know your email but have forgotten your password, go to the login page. Enter the Email address you used to sign up for the Social Mouse account and click Set to have instructions on how to create a new password sent to the email address connected to the account. Be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder.
If you no longer remember the e-mail address you provided, just contact Customer Support, preferably by clicking the orange bubble to your right. You’ll be asked to verify your identity and, working together, we can reset your password.
We apologize in advance that support cannot retrieve passwords or change email addresses on accounts. Luckily, this won’t be an issue once we reset your existing password to another, then you can log in and change it to something more personal to you.
